1. CURRENT DELIVERY AREA

At launch, we ship exclusively to the United Kingdom and Europe.

We plan to open global shipping in the future — please check back or follow us for updates.

2. PRODUCTION TIME

All items are made to order especially for you. Please allow 2–5 working days for production and printing before your order is dispatched.

3. DELIVERY TIMES & FEES (UK)

Once dispatched, estimated delivery time:
• United Kingdom: 3-5 working days
• Europe: 7–14 working days

Please note: These are estimates. Delays can occur during busy periods, holidays, or due to postal/courier issues outside our control.

Shipping cost:
• FREE Standard UK Delivery

• Europe: Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and vary by destination and order size. 

• Prices do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees — these are the responsibility of the customer.

4. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (FUTURE UPDATE)

We currently ship only within the United Kingdom and Europe. Global Shipping will be added in the future.

When we expand to global shipping, the following will apply:

• USA, Canada & Australia: 10–21 working days

• Rest of World: 14–28 working days

• Shipping rates for international orders will be calculated at checkout and vary by destination and order size. 

• Prices do not include local taxes, customs duties, or import fees — these are the responsibility of the customer.

5. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated automatically and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

6. TRACKING

All UK orders include tracking information. You will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
