Non‑Returnable Items
Because every product is made individually for you, **we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size ordered, or dislike of colour/fit** — this is permitted under UK consumer law and standard worldwide practice for custom‑made goods.
We also do not accept returns if:
- The item has been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Original tags or packaging have been removed
- The item is on sale or a gift card

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, we will replace it with the correct one free of charge. For other changes, please place a new order.
